The Human Resources Director oversee the daily operation of the Human Resources office. Responsible for areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations, Benefits, Events, Workers Compensation and other employee-related tasks.

Additionally responsible for short and long term planning of all the HR related functions like workforce planning, recruitment, HR strategies, wages and salaries’ administration, employees and labor relations, benefits, workforce training and development.

Drive Strategic Workforce planning.

Set simple and driven performance compensation strategies and compensation policies.

Identify rich recruitment resources and utilize the full potential recruitment of the organization.

Developing talents and focus on investing training funds.

Build the Company friendly culture and drive the engagement of all employees and management

Build direct communication channels and support honest and quick information flow.

Build the environment which recognize the potentials, talents and top performers.

Support employee’s innovation.

Participates in the development and preparation of the hotel strategic plan.

Managing and recommending long-term goals and developing and implementing strategies to meet the Property goals.

Coordinates and assists Department Heads in the preparation of the hotel’s manning guide budget and ensures that business plan is applied and matching the annual manning guide budget.

Develops implements and consistently reviews HR policies & procedures, practices and human resources administration systems.

Manages the recruitment function and develops and implements recruiting systems and procedures in order to attract best-qualified candidates.

Counsels staff at all levels as needed in area such as recruitment, training and development, career planning, employee relations, discipline, HR legal issues related.

Monitors effective employee relations, health & safety practices and social programs.

Keeps up-to-date with the labor laws, present and future trends, practices and computer systems related to HR and makes recommendation as appropriate.

Ensure employees health and safety.

Ensures appraisals are carried out for every employee every 12 months or as per hotel’s policy, and also reviews all appraisals and follows up on development needs, if required.

Monitor and give feedback on employees’ training experience and annual learning and development plans.



Strong background in employment, employee relations, benefits, wages and salary, employee training, accident prevention, and government regulations and policies.

Strong written communication skills required with an understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.

Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills

Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.

Ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
